    Version: FINAL!
    Compatibility: PC UT3 Patch 1.3
    Description: A hazy morning finds players ready to do battle in a South American lock system. If a flag carrier tries to swim across, drain the locks and trap them!
    Comments: Add this to the list of maps that were made under a deadline to get into the MSUC Phase 2. It maybe could have been prettied up a bit more, but the gameplay is exactly where I wanted it. 11/11: Updated some stuff after finally getting to play the map with a large group of people. 11/14: Fixed this weird glitch in the BSP where you could walk on air. Very strange.

    Changed:
    -you can run up the walls of the flag barrier now
    -added some health in the base
    -added an avril by one spawn point on each side
    -added door frames and stuff
    -added a couple blocks around to hide behind

          Walk up to the control panel and press the "use" or "enter vehicle" button. It should be relatively easy to hit at this point...

                  I played this map last night, and it was an absolute blast. The only two major cons I could possibly find were that there's not enough health back in your base, so if you're holding the enemy flag while your team is trying to retrieve your's, it's hard to survive if you can't get to a safe spot. Another thing is spawning in the way back of the base. The spawn-rape becomes out of hand on a busy server, because it becomes impossible to get to a vehicle in time, and it could be fixed easily if the vehicles facing the base were moved foward more. Other than that, I loved the "Lock" idea and the dirty look of the water, not to mention the lift(s) near the flag. Great map!

                    Thanks! I'm sorta working on a second version, but there haven't been any major changes besides adding door frames, that sort of thing. I'll add some health, and do some thinking about the spawn points.

                              I'm working on a fixed up version, with some fixes and changes suggested after I submitted the map to the MSUC. I plan on having the new one done before the end of November. That's my only objection.
