        You know what sucks is that there are some specific meshes missing from the packages... like some trees I can't find.

          Anyone had any luck getting these to work with UDK? Mine keep showing up black when I build the lighting.

            I use them fine with the UDK, I honestly have no idea what your problem could be, have you tried on a completely fresh install of UDK?

                The download page says files are unavailable, and will these meshes work in the UDK.

                      Yeah but you have to re-import everything into UDK. You can't just open the packages and go.

                          - UDK provides alot of assets/ code/ textures - and everythign apart form skeletal mesh for commercial game use.

                          tehre is also ALOT of stuff that OP's / authors have released, and subsequently allowed for 'commercial use'
