If you're really interested in messing with the model a bit, I'll PM you with some simple model changes I came up with up during the beta testing, that would make a few different costumes possible (Classic Spawn included).
I was just about to start working on the Classic Spawn skins.
I've just got to finish up messing with the "M" on Modern Spawn, and do the team colors; then he'll be done.

Installation:
- Open the Zip.
- Drag and Drop contents of the Zip ("UTGame") to:
C:\My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3
- When prompted, click "Yes to All"
- Start UT3, to auto-install the player info.
- Close UT3.
- Start again, and the models are available.
Advanced Installation:
If you want to avoid the restarting thing, you can manually place the CustomChar.ini info into your own CustomChars.ini.
If you do it this way, be sure to delete the "+"s before each line; and DO NOT install the CustomChar.ini that comes in the Zip.
