Thanks for the compliments I wanted to get the initial version of Action Cam out the door before I went on vacation, as I knew folks would be playing Unreal over the holidays, so I wanted to get it in their hands instead of making them wait.

Yeah man thanks for making this great mutator ... as you can see it is a very popular mutator ... probably the most popular one atm in my pack. Thanks for dropping in on this thread and letting us all know that you are definitely supporting the mutator. That is really good to hear ... eveyone loves this mutator ... the PS3 folks are dying that they can't have it so definitely cook this for them as soon as Epic gives you the tools to do so. Please keep this thread in the loop if you update the program so I can update my pack asap. Thanks again.

Another vote for this pack to be on ps3. I really would like the option to play with 3rd person (mainly in the bot mode to see the wonderful graphics). Here is what I posted to Epic/Mark Reign, in another thread:

Please let us have the mutator mod! I would love to see UT3 in 3rd person view. It would be a good comparison b/w this game and that *other* game (gears of war). And would be fun for single player mode with the bots (as your character models are just stupendous)!
Also, when is the final tool set going to be released for the PS3! I think it's great that -- even though it is not yet finished -- you all are still releasing some select mods on the PS3, but I can hardly wait to start making my own (I haven't done this since back in the days of Quake2!) And I'd even shell out another $50 for it since I only got the PS3 version (doh!).
And thank you for this wonderful game. I was once a hardcore gamer and spent my days and nights and meals always with headphones on, sitting on a computer, dueling it out on Q2DM1. Striving to be the best ever. Well, I calmed down a bit. And became a casual gamer again recently (didn't really play videogames for a while after quake2 but that's a whole 'nother story). And wow, Unreal III is practically sucking me back in. It's so much fun and so intense. It's a wonderful experience and as a PS3 owner I am so glad you guys worked hard on this game optimizing it for the "hard to program for" architecture. (and i know my old Quake buddies would rip on me for using a console but, whatever. gaming is about fun).
Anyway, Epic/Mark, can we please have the mutator mod as a late christmas gift????

All we can do is try folks ... but the good news is that the paperwork that will allow mod makers to cook things themselves and so remove this whole waiting on Epic thing should be all done in the first part of the year and so you will definitely be able to get these mutators pretty soon.

Updated to Version 1.2 with the NoArrows mutator included. See OP for new link and info. One day this pack will be available to all you PS3 users don't worry. Until then just keep asking nicely. PC users you should now have every essential mutator around. From here on out I will be updating them as necessary but no new mutators will be in this pack. Thanks for your support and I am sure the developers appreciate your using their content and hope you have gotten some benefit out of them as well. Happy Holidays to ALL.
