          i mean i have all moded perfectly but that customchar **** i dont know.
          i have deus ex, bulletstorm and spongebob installed and it works but how i have done it , i dont know.

                    Some notes

                    Excellent skin! Looks great and I like the animations. I can see it's still beta, but the skins themselves are superb!
                    Don't know if you still (plan to) work on (improving) this?

                    I've tested most of the skins for a few minutes, some friendly improvement notes that came to my mind:
                    As many more skins, they get too bright with lighting in maps.
                    I've pasted the lines for CustomChars, but Green appears as one of the Liandri bots.
                    If I empty the CustomChars Ini and just paste the lines, it does work...
                    The skins sadly seem to fall apart fast, on hoverboard the body lowers through the legs or sometimes collapses.
                    The legs seem to be frozen to the hoverboard, when using several taunts (where body turns) the legs stay put and body turns & stretches...
                    When using feign death, the skin seems to 'melt' a bit and often the head gets loose and rolls crazy.
                    When customizing the skins, I don't have all options I saw in the movie (no idea if that's on purpose).
                    Some skins can select Boots, the glowing high-heels fit, but when using the flat shoes, they are misplaced (not correctly attached to legs).
                    Changing body to the colored suit, it just goes over the underlying body. Some parts still appear through it.

                    As for the installation: I've downloaded many skins lately and noticed some people created a seperate CustomChars ini with the skin itself that can be copied with skin to CustomChars folder.
                    So then there won't be any need to copy text and edit any files, the game will read it from that folder then.

                    Good job for the work so far, I've subscribed to see if this project isn't marked "dead" yet.

                      Almost every suggestion is related to the custom skeleton (Hoveboard, feign). Vocaloid Pack 1 & 2 don't have those problem but the hair was part of the head and was stiff/rigid.
                      Customizing in UT3 is a bit weird. Work with custom "family". One "family" all get the same FPS Arms, every "part" can be exchange freely creating some sort of set (default : Iron Male/Iron Female/Twin Soul Male/ etc...). The colored suit is mean to be use as a set (Angela Officer). The only intented customizations are the hair(helmet part).
                      Don't really understand your 2 & 3. Never saw the movie so care to elaborate please what kind of options from the movie are missing.

                      Also curious if any update are coming. if not, SKaa3w, may I post some "repack" (custom faction, family, color) ?

                        Now I spend my spare time with this project UT3 halo wanting to have and the mod but still lack. As for the mod I come years studying the behavior of families of UT3, many have ideas but compile them in UT3 already are big words and UT3 compiler does not allow certain features that are associated with other trees like material the linkgun or the team but playing part of this code produces UT3 crash.

                        as I said before I did my best, what came to me, and what works best in UT3.
                        more quality than this is not possible because it requires more time and for a single user is almost impossible

                        maybe later resume the mod now I'm something else

                          Almost every suggestion is related to the custom skeleton (Hoveboard, feign).
                          I expected it would be. For the looks I would use the skins, but for the gameplay (they usually act weird and are way too bright) I won't. Have to wait for a better version, if it'll be ever improved.
                          I'm no skinner/unreal editor myself, just a regular player, so my knowledge of the work/problems is zero.

                          I don't know which lines of my post you mean by 2 & 3 (you didn't quote anything)...
                          Now I think about it, I didn't have Green which had those few hair options in movie, the rest didn't have those in other color.
                          You mean something about installing with CustomChar ini too?

                            Ok reinstall it, I found the problem : CharID="G" is taken by Mihr already changing it to CharID="Gr" solve the problem

                            I mainly play with bot so acting weird is more "fun" than anything and looks too good to pass.
