tarnationsauce2 repliedYeah I am going to finish off my other Beta maps (Crystal Skull & Ultradark).
Lotus has 3 main Z axis levels. I think it actually works pretty good for an area. It is pretty easy to get from level to level and it's wide open that makes is predictable like arenas always are.

This map would need some z-axis variance for my thought is too straightforward and somewhat a bit predictable. Overall me likes the chinese enviroment

and hey come to think, maybe we should get Worf hooked on UT3 … damned if there don't just got to be at least two dozen ways to say "M-M-M-Monster Kill" in Klingon

Yeah it's an arena map for sure. But it looks better than your average arena. I kept detail pretty tame though for good frame rates, especially for lower detail settings.

Veggie_D repliedIt reminds a little of the Arena-of-death/life/jolt/whatever maps. That's some good lookin' flow.
Watching the hammer jumps made me joypuke a little. Then youtube made me watch the Shut up Worf video again. I did not mind this at all either.

* Removed Mantas and replaced with Scavenger.
* Moved Sniper a little bit.
* Moved sniper ammo.
* Fixed collision bug on lifts (w/ hoverboard).
* Added building structure around flags.
* Removed Breserk and Udamage.
* Added Invisibility (above flags) that only appears after 5 min of gameplay.
* Some minor detail meshes added (volumetrics) as well as minor lighting and texture tweaks..
* Fixed collision in places where hoverboard would not travel smoothly (middle bridge dips, and rooftops).
* Changed collision on eaves allowing players to jump to spider traps (lift jump + boots, or Hammer jump + boots).
* Added damage vehicles if they camp on flag.
* Removed Redeemer, added Keg Of Health, re-arranged armors.
