Yes, there will eventually be a non-beta release. Significant progress was made since beta2, but if you have guessed that we haven't been very active in a while, then you guessed right. The team was always small and is now even smaller. Periods of productivity are followed by lulls. Balancing all the other things going on in my life with this mod has often left it low priority, but I am tenacious and won't let it go!

Bloodyboy has made a very large map pack that will be compatible with the final release of the UT3 Jailbreak mod. It is an impressive collection!
