The only suggestions I'd make (judging from the screenshots) is to make the door slightly higher res and to use a clear water texture for the bath water rather than the ocean-looking stock one.

Change the material for the water in the tub. That just looks bad. Looks like a lake of chrome. I've also never seen water in a tub have that many tiny waves going through it. I'd recommend also scaling up the material so it doesn't look so odd.
