Description: A highrise facility built above a large city meant for use in the tournament.
Comments: This level is based loosely on DM-TrainingDay for UT2004. There are currently no health or ammo pickups as I am still deciding where each should go and how ammo placement should be done. I will cook a PS3 version at a later time if the demand for this map is there.

2) Missing some blocking volumes in various places.
