    Comments:. First time map maker here, with the fruits of 2 weeks of labor. I call this map "Battle Dome." It is a symmetrical map intended for Deathmatch games. Since this is my first map, any advice is appreciated.


    Unzip the file, and put the results (should be 2 files) in:
    My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Published\CookedPC\CustomMaps

    hey tom welcome to the forum, seeing that this is your first post. hopefully there will many more to come as far as the your map goes, not a bad start for first map. if i may suggest maybe breaking up your textures a bit. maybe adding few more different types of meshes just to break up the repetitive feel it has. keep up the good work and welcome the the unreal family


      Hey, thanks for the feedback. I actually started thinking that myself while i was making the level (especially on the roof, you may have noticed that i tried to cover it up with rock meshes) so I'll work on that. As a side note, I don't know if anyone noticed, but the flame on the destroyed pillar tends to go out a few minutes into the game. Does anyone know how to fix this?
