    Edit: if you do take the time to make this into a full map, perhaps you could include a little underwater path way to escape with the flag? It'd fit the maps theme and would be a fun gameplay element to break up the simplicity a bit.
    Thats an awesome idea, i was looking for an idea that i could include kismet into. Also, the full map will have a woodland and desert variation.

    The terrain was smoother before, i just added a few more bumps, in the next version i smooth it out because vehicles are meant to be a big part off it.

    Honestly, as for bases... a slightly elevated structure with pillars along the four sides would be fine. Most of the Ut3 stock maps suffer because getting a flag capture is too hard-- it becomes defend the flag, not capture the flag. Simple maps like this are much more fun for me.

    Also, if you redo the terrain, try and make it smoother (hoverboard and vehicle friendly), unless you want to use it to break up movement (what you have now can generally be jumped), in which case I'd use rocks or stones to suggest as much.

    I have no experience mapping, so I can't help you with any of those problems. =P

    This map is pretty poor; bad visuals, awkward terrain, you spawn facing walls, the lockers are back by the flag, forcing you to turn back and get weapons before advancing; the water isn't really "water", as its "solid" and you can use the hoverboard regular over it. Bots do seem to do a good job though; grats on that. Item placement seems... kind of lazy.

    Nice simple maps like this are my favorite for CTF. I'd say take down the ugly brick walls and add a nice custom sky; make the map take place on an island. Use the terrain from the grassy section of gateway, along with the foliage, and use the rock structures from it to create your bases. That would do a long way towards making this a good map.

    I had to change a "Basil" to "Basin" in the .ini to get it to work.

    But there are some bugs in the map, for example:
    - the lighting needs to be rebuilt
    - you can fly out of the skydome

    Description: A large grassy map insde a huge brick basin. Roughly constructed bases for each team.

    Red team: Vehicles: Scorpion x2, Paladin, Cicada

    Blue Team: Vehicles: Manta, Helbender x2, Raptor

    Bugs: You can fly out of the Skydome

    Full bot support, suggested 5 vs 5 or maybe 9 vs 9 for collateral damage.
