    I have just gotten this game for my ps3, and am looking foward to playing my favorite game mode invasion that i used to play with UT2004 all the time. I was wondering if you could you could setup the file in the unreal editer to work for the ps3, once the new toolset is ready.

      Hey, It's nice you re-did Invasion, but I kinda don't like the monsters. I would like it more if you had the Unreal monsters.(Krall, Skarrj, Mercenaries, Brutes, Queen, Titan,etc.)

        Yeah the classic monsters remodeled and a little re imagined for this would be excellent. Even some surprises from U2 wouldn't be so bad. Regardless, it's really great to see someone is taking the time to bring this game type back and into UT3.

            I have also noticed some issues with the lizards not attacking. Even if you shoot them they ignore you. I have also seen them get stuck in a repetative loop, mostly involving jump pads. They get on a jump pad, and as soon as they land they run right back to it. I have only noticed either of these with the lizards, and not with the skeletons. Kinda weird.

            Also, with the addition of server history/favorites in patch 1.1, the Sudreal server with this mod does not show up in game history. Not sure if this is an issue with the mod or the server, so if anyone else is noticing this issue please speak up.

            Anywho, keep up the good work

            EDIT: Just found out why it doesn't show up in game history. If you join a server by using the open command it will not be added to your history. Also, it stores server favorites by a unique server id, and not ip :/

              I know, I enjoy that he brought back Invasion, but I just wish there were more classic monsters.

              P.S: Galatanor, if you are reading this post, here is my list of monsters I'd like for this.(Don't remodel them if you don't want to, but here they are.)

              Note: These are all from the original Unreal.

              1.Pupae
              2.Skarrj
              3.Krall(The ones with the staff, and keep attacking when you blow their legs off.)
              4.Krall Elite(Same, but blue, and do more damge, take less damage.)
              5.Brute
              6.Behemoth(Stronger Brute with Armor.)
              7.Warlord
              8.Gasbag
              9.Mercenaries
              10.Elite Mercenaries
              11.Slith
              12.Skarrj Sniper
              13.Manta
              14.Queen

                Update tomarrow...

                I will have a new update built with patch1 tomorrow, along with some new features and updates. (I would do it tonight but my head is hitting the desk already and there is still some final testing to do...)

                I certainly hope it would be possible to hijack some monsters of Gears of War and use those, given that it's legal. They would be quite suitable, many different sizes, from the kryll as the little flying buggers, to the Brumak as titans or whatever, very varied.

                      Update for your enjoyment.

                      Version 002 Notes:
                      Updates:
                      . Built with patch1
                      . Enabled CTF and VCTF (the AI is still a work in progress, but seems to be ok atm)
                      . Cleaned up the HUD
                      . Added a minimap/radarmap for the HUD
                      . Force all players/bots to spawn near the red flag
                      . Force all monsters to spawn near the blue flag
                      . Map voting enabled
                      . All vehicles unlocked... (need to kill the 'hijacked'/'carjacked' message tho)
                      . Hopefully fixed the server browser
                      Known Bugs:
                      . Respawning after losing all lives and then getting a new one on completion of a wave puts your camera in behindview mode. Oddly, fainting resets it.

                      I have updated the links on the first page to point to the new downloads.

                      I also would really like to add the original monsters, but the original models would not meet UT3 graphic standards. Unfortunately, I am not a good modeler by any standards, so we will have to wait for someone else to remake them.

                      As far as using the GoW models, I am open to the idea. I looked, but did not see anywhere that Epic made an official statement that we could use content from GoW. If anyone remembers seeing that could you please point me to it? Thanks.

                        I'm trying the version 002 on my server.

                        What do I need to do in order to see the minimap/radarmap?

                        When I start the game, even if someone joins at the same time, they are a spectator and can't seem to play. How can I have multiple people play?

                        Do you have to set the GameMode= command line parameter to a certain value for it to work?

                        The hammer krall have lizard color heads, but their bodies are pink skin, not how they are in the screenshots. How can I have them look like they do in the screenshots?

                            Can you just port them for the people that cant wait?

                            Someone can remodel them if they want to, I just wanna know if you can port the monsters, becuase most INV fans won't care if they are fugly,I know I won't.

                            If you do port them like I said in this post,look for my post on page 7 of this thread of the ones i'd want to be ported.

                                Honestly, somebody needs to do a Poll or something. It is a GREAT gametype, but I don't like the fact that all the Monsters are using normal weapons, it's the same as playing Death Match/Team Death Match. I would like to see some more traditional monsters; Even though they are not top-quality.
