    Thanks for putting all the effort in making this galtanor.

    May i suggest the comeback of the warlord?

    I loved the look of that monster and i loved the sound it made. I dont know if it is possible to bring it back, but if anyone could make it happen, plz do so. There is a hell of a variation in monsters already so i think a warlord should just fit in fine to.

    The instant action wave setup is very simple and does not have all the monsters. If you saw the Dark Walkers online it was probably because someone had them added to their server's wave configuration.You can add the Dark Walkers to the instant action by editing the UTGaltanorsInvasionWaves.ini file.     hello yes galtanator when i put files v17 it didnt work and when i put files for v18 it worked why is this?this is a little weird...

    also when i played online there was v17 and those little dark walker guys.but when i played on my ut3 game in instant action it had none of those.i also have seen the dalkwalker... it really looks like a scavenger very weird.no bugs online it works perfectly

    Features Added
    • Added the following monster:
      • Glober Mech Spider

    General Improvements
    • Added a routine to make the monsters spawn away from the players and vice-versa.
    • Fixed the lighting on the Mech Spiders
    • Replaced the textures on the Mech Spiders with a more visible one.
    • Changed the skins of the players to the defaults (non-team skins) - requested by AndrewofDoom
    • Reduced the firing rate and damage of the Mini Mech Spider
    • Changed the skins of the spider mines spawned by the Mechanical Golem.
    • Added the Freeze Bunny's snow gib effects
    • Added the Easter Bunny's colored gib effects
    • Renamed the assets in CH_DHRodents_Gibs.upk to DavisionsRodentsGibs.upk.

    Sorry, I was working off an older version of the file. I did not realize you had included all of it with the laser mouse. I have now added the gib effects to the Easter Bunny and Freeze Bunny. There are a still a few things to add from it, but that will have to wait.

    Yes, as long as those continue to be options. That was my main point and only stated so that when options are proposed or enhancements requested, we always keep in the back of our minds how this might impact the game as a whole and other servers/admins.

    Galtanor has done a terrific job of incorporating so many enhancements made by others but in a way where we could use them, not use them or adjust to our specific setup.

    Isn't the purpose of this gametype is to make as large of a variety of options as possible to maximize the joyful experience of playing this?

    Some of the ideas that everyone are proposing sound very interesting but please consider those things that you would like to have for your own server as opposed to Galtanor's Invasion overall.

    I think we are getting to the point where many of the ideas are taking the game in very specific directions. They may work VERY well for a server setup one way while being totally wrong for another type.

    If it is an option that can be configured "ON" or "OFF" then it won't make much of a difference but that may be a lot of work on Galtanor's part.

    Bull****.

    Boss Fight time will force camping players to actually put theirselves out and fight the boss. Plus, it makes boss fights a lot more dramatic, as players know the time is ticking for them to beat it.

    You probably see this as useless, as most of the "boss" monsters are cheezy. But, for me, I've made bosses a lot more dramatic and something to be afraid of, and this would be helpful for me and my wave setups (and possibly a lot of other people who want tougher, bigger, boss battles.).

    I will make the weapon and helmet as a seperate mesh for the laser
    mouse and then also include the different material.

    Game ideas:
    -Boss fight time
    This would be added to WaveTable1 as BossFightSeconds. This timer starts when at least one of the bosses has arrived in the game, and if the timer reaches 0, all players are forced out and game ends. This shouldn't be displayed on waves with no boss(es) or if BossFightSeconds is set to 0.

    -Specify the amount of Additional lives you want per wave for each setup.

    Moree monster ideas!

    -Spider Mine Monsters? (Use blue skins with them)
    "Exploding Spider"
    I was thinking that you could use the spider mine as possible monsters. One could be the typical spider mine that comes out of the Spider Mine Trap, but should be 25% bigger.
    "Spider"
    Another kind would be a weak monster that wouldn't explode, but would only do 5 damage or so per hit and would explod upon death as the typical spider mine does. If you don't know what I'm talking about, think of the SkaarjPupae from the UT2 Invasion. : )
    "Spider Swarmer"
    Think a mother version of the Spider monsters. It would be a giant (scale 5.0) Spider that would have the Raptor plasma shots, spawning say 10 or so Spiders around it.

    I got the spider mine ideas from someone talking about Spider mines in a few posts above me. : )
