Where is UT3 editor?

I got the Unreal tournament 3 black and i was wondering where is the editor? i'v seen earlier posts and fallowed the shortcut location but errored. Ive searched all through the files. Please help.

My shortcut is from steam so my shortcut is read as a internet url shortcut. The url is steam://rungameid/13210

Well i got it working. The problem was using steams shortcut, not my own. After that it worked. Thank yo so much unrealloco

I'm not sure why Epic hid the editor. Why couldn't they just put in a convenient package?

it's there it just uses the same executable as the game
