endless creating profile screen

hi dudes.
i have "Unreal Tournament 3: Black Edition" in STEAM and when i try create profile after filling form appear CREATING PROFILE screen and nothing going on. profile is not created but the nicknames are lost. game says that the nickname is already in use when i try reregister.
who can help?
