Can't create online profile

I think i found source of problem...my provider have all ports clossed.
Someone know what port use ut3?
Kinda strange problem =/ all of my multiplayer games work just fine, except ut3 T_T

Bought "Unreal Tournament 3: Black Edition" in STEAM on holliday sale, and recently try to play, i faced with the problem that I can not create online profile :[
Everytime when i try create it, pop up this message - "Error The online service is currently unavailable. Please wait and try reconnecting again." Register account on gamespyid.com dont work too =/ Login server down? or just nobody cares about this game anymore? -_-
What sense in multiplayer shooter without working multiplayer o_O
