How to unlock all single player chapters

I want see UT3 single player movies in game... but i can open only first campain :/ I wan't lose my time and play all SP campains to see all movies... are there some codes, to unlock movies/chapters?

I'm old man, have many responsibilities and no time at play all campains.

I need this movie materials as .avi and want use fraps to convert this (or download all ut3 movies from network in hight quality, 1280x720, as .avi format - but i didn't find any download files). There is program Rad video tools to open .bik format (ut3 movies), but it can't create bik --> avi... Now understand.
