UT3 Editor laptop requirements

Would anyone please know if the UT3 Editor will run on a Toshiba L670-10N 17" laptop. Link:-

This uses the Intel P6000 processor.

Threads

How many threads would the laptop require to run, as this Toshiba will only run 2 threads?

Generally if you can run the game, you can run the editor.

I'm trying to make suer that the laptop that I am just about to buy will run the software, as if it won't I'll probably go for another laptop.

That link isn't working for me, though I think I found the page you were trying to link to. The processor is acceptable (though not ideal), however, it looks like that laptop uses an onboard Intel video card, which is not going to be good enough to run the UT3 editor.
