I've been working on a Machinima and I was doing ok for a while but the last few bits of animation have been causing some premature balding. I've set up a very simple green screen box level to get some animations chroma-keyed into some other engines. The animations are playing fine in the matinee viewer but when I close it and use the in game editor one of the skeletal meshes will either change orientation or stop animating entirely. If it is rotation I change it so it should be lined up correctly and it just does something else. I've been trying for hours and I'm going to have to take a break for the night before I take to breaking the computer. Please let me know if this is something that you've come across and conquered.
