UT3 patch5 error(want it solved)

sadly, those websites didn't help either. I think i'll just not download the,"patch5" cuz i've been tryin to solve this for a cool 3 months. its been stopping me on progress of my level. But thanks for everyones support

Look close to the end, should give some indication as what is causing the issue.

am I looking for the launch pages cuz when i looked at them, it was just a big *** scroll of warnings and Failed attempts

Ckeck your Log after it crashes or whatever it does

what exactly am i lookin for when i'm at the logs?

when I download the 3 patches(bonus, titan, and patch5). It all works fine.

However the one problem that I found out was that the "patch 5" update stops me from going on the unreal editor completely.

Things I've done:
1)uninstall and reinstall plenty of times TO find out that its "patch 5" doin the problem in the first place.
2)normally and going to "run as admin" to start up the editor.

Things I have:
1)a great pc
2)unreal tournament 3
