Unable to login, frozen after login

I am unable to login. If I do, whether I play instant action or try to join a mp game, the mouse is able to move my field of view, but the keyboard is completely unresponsive. I am on win7 32, UT3 retail with titan pack and patch 2.1. I am not sure whether titan pack is the prob or my connection which is qwest dsl. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Guess I need to bump this topic as this forum is the only form of support for UT3.
Once again, why is it that after I log in, I am unable to get any response out of the keyboard? Someone out there must have had this problem in the past, please advise, thanks.
