i updated and installed titan pack, but it still didn't fix the problem

Packages/Tutorial HELP

Hello,

I am doing the tutorials for UnrealEd that come with the Limited Edition of UT3. As I am following along, some of the packages that are used do not have all of the materials and actors in them when I open them. So far he has used 1 material and 1 static mesh that I don't have in the same package. They are supposed to be the ones that come with UT3. Any help would be great. Thanks.
