Max number of bots glitch?!

I recently reinstalled my UT3 after computer troubles, and I also downloaded and installed the patch 5 (2.1) from a reliable source.

Before formating my computer, the max number of bots was 32.

Now, it's 31. Is there a way to fix this?

PS: ALSO, I have a LOT of trouble connecting to other servers. Most of them say "Connection Failed". There's the occasional one where I can get in and play just fine. I researched it and apparently a lot of people have this problem. Is there any sort of bypass or fix for this?

But how come before I formatted my harddrive, I was able to choose 32 bots, but now it's only 31?

yea it was like that before, but the update changed it

But both times, I updated with patch 5 to 2.1. I used the same updates too. :s
