Menu Pixelation Problem UT3

Anyone experience pixelation on the menu background like the screenshot below?

What is the cause of this? It doesn't happen with my personal PC but a friends. He has a Radeon HD 4890 graphics card.

i see no pixelation, try upping the res??? or render screen 100percent.

The screen is 100%, full resolution all I did was crop the left side of it. There is pixelation behind the text on the background. The dark grey checkered board background...

Really? Yuk! Anyway to edit this? I originally said it doesn't happen on my personal PC... oops... it does. I guess this is normal
