Connection failed (here we go)

Recently bought UT3 via Steam. Have opened numerous ports (7777,7778,7787 among others), all ones which were reccommended to be opened. Still get connection failed as soon as i try to join any server at all, pure or not. Any advice?

Do you have any routers/firewalls? If you do, when disabling them can you connect?
