Multiple users and CD-Key problem

I have 4 accounts on my WinXP machine, Three of which play UT3. Occasionally we'll have to re-enter the cd key to log in and play. It's irritating.

Can I tweak an ini or do something to fix this?

one key per computer

gamespy will disconnect you if you have 2 keys that are the same

So, this is typical Gamespy behavior? Even if say User 1 logs onto their WinXP account, Plays UT3 from their shortcut using their UT3 profile.. then later user 2 logs onto Winxp, plays UT3 from shortcut using their unique UT3 profile... at that point Gamespy would require the cd key?

If that is what's happening here on my machine then perhaps I am doing something wrong? Perhaps I shall revisit the manual. Perhaps there is a better way to create multiple users for this game on my machine?
