how to update engine?

Sorry if this is a dumb question...I'm a noob.

When I go to play a multiplayer game online, I frequently get a message that says:

Connection Failed
An updated version of Unreal Tournament 3 is required to play online. Please visit www.unreadtournament3.com for more information.

This seems to happen anytime I try to join a game showing an Engine Version higher than 36XX. I've looked on the website and installed the available patches, but that didn't help. Is there a newer version of UT that I can get? How? (My main menu page shows version 1.3.)

Of course it is! The newest patch is 2.0, and you should install the Titan Pack too...

It's weird you haven't heard anything about them...
