Low FPS WTF!

Hi Guys, Ive recently purchased UT3 and am experiencing quite low FPS with this game... Ive tried everything on low settings and still get the occasional choppy gameplay!!! Any help?.. thx

1gb ATi Diamond Radeon 3650 HD Graphics Card

250gb Seagate HDD

option>video setting>advance>unckeck "disable one frame thread lag"
This may help the game run smoother
