  • Help with P-7805U

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post and ask for help, so I apologize if it isn't.

I have a Gateway P-7805U with a 1GB 9800M GTS, 4GB DDR3 RAM, P8400 and a 1440x900 display. While I play UT3 I get around 60fps capped when I'm in an area by myself, but when I get into gunfights it drops to 35-40 fps which seems odd. I feel like I should be getting more out of this system at max settings. Right now I'm using Dox Optimized 181.20 drivers, and other drivers don't seem to solve the problem. Really any help is appreciated

    Thanks

Try turning "OneFrameLag" off in advanced settings.

If it made a change it all, it was little and I could barely tell. My settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel are set to performance. I just can't figure out when I'm getting 35-40fps while the CNET Reviewer in particular got 120.
