No main menu! (Steam)

Here's my problem, I just bought the game on steam and the troubles are already starting...
I start the game and then, just after the connexion to my proper account, I don't have any main menu! I can access to the campaign menu but it crashes when I want to start a mission (stuck on the "mission selection" page)
I guessed it was just a simple error, I started the game again and it was still the same thing. I turned off my computer and turned it on again, always the same. So I decided to download the last drivers of my 8800GT and it didn't work also. My last hope was to reinstal the game (it took me 8 hours thanks to steam because I bought the game on Steam and I had to download the whole content) and hopefully... Nothing to do... The problem was still here.

Did you install the patch first and then the titan pack?

Also delete the .ini files in "My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Config" and restart the game it will create new ones.

I deleted the .ini files and finally, it works! thanks a lot for your help!
