although i think it doesnt matter, you should still play it safe and install 1.2 first, and 1.3 after that.

as for the movement keys, you can try to use a another keyboard (they are super cheap so you can grab one just to check), or you can try to map one of the movement keys onto one of your mouse buttons (from settings->input->keys) and see if it plays well like that. It could also have something to do with spyware.... or maybe its just a faulty conection cable.

I have problem wiyh control operations. Sometimes my char just stands stil and don't move, so in fact to continue moving I need to turn loose the button and push it again! Such operataion makes me insane abouit it, because I can't stay alive after this.
And another one. After updating your last patch while changing map game just throw out and closing, how could you explain this? Or I need to download at first patch 1.2 and only then 1.3
