Laptop doesn't read the DVD

One hour ago, I bought the UT3-SE in German, put the DVD in my DVD-drive, but the Computer can't read the DVD. Every other DVD (f.e. Assassin's Creed, Oblivion, films) work. Does anybody have a clue, what the Problem could be?

My system:
Acer aspire 9920
Intel Core 2 Duo (2.0Ghz)
Geforce 8600M GT (512 MB)
DDR2 (2 GB)
320 GB dual HDD
DVD-Super Multi DL

Try the DVD on another computer to see if it can be read. Either way, you should take the game back with the receipt and request an exchange for another copy.
