Where +/or How To Get Password

hey. Here's the prob: i have 2 names i use on my ut3 game. an old one and a newer one. newer one is automatically remembered and logs in for months, but now all of the sudden ut3 asks for my cd key and then it won't take my password. its been so long i don't remember if i forgot it or if there is a gamespy prob.
my older name works like normal. logs in and plays for hours. (good times)
here's my question: How and/or where can i get my password?
and i went to www.gamespyid.com and looked for the 'i forgot my password' place to click on, but i'm seein no such words or place ta click.
suggestions?

Need ta get my UT3 login password. Not my gamespy login password. Where the heck is my UT3 login password kept? and can i reset it? Patience. Deep breathes. As Elvis would say: " Thank ya verymuch."

I just tried to have it reset my password and it worked fine. Are you getting an error?

Thx Flak for the input, but i never could even find the page with the 'updated our login system' except on ig3 or somesuch. i never could find my profile names. Seemed difficult ta navigate and/or find what i needed.
Anyway, nevermind. I finally found the password i had written down amoungst the dozens of others that have piled up over the years. Completely my fault. Not Gamespy or UT3 or Epic. Funny how i couldn't remember it freely, but once i saw it written down i said, "ooo. there it is." It was just written down by itself amoungst other computer configuration details and such, absolutely no 'UT3' or indication that this was my profile password, yet still with the, "ooooo. there it is!"
Yikes. My memory scares me. Again thx for tryin ta help me. Its appreciated.

I got the same problem, -bought the game today- tried the demo some months ago with profile "mrkd" and now can't guess the password.

Like i said above, i never did find my profile password except on a paper in a spiral notebook i use for computer stuff. Low tech rules sometimes.
Ya might have ta create a new profile, or a new character in your profile. Different name and password. Not sure.

Forgot the Password.... haven't written it anywhere.

Any ideas?
