How do I change the order of gametypes in the menu?

After installing BR and DOM, it puts BR and DOM gametypes first.

Since all of those return the same list of servers, I'd like to condense them all into an "Other" category, which appears at the end of the list, not at the front.

Moving CTF up to the front would be nice too, seeing as IG is the only thing I play these days.
