can you still tell us your comp specs?

My copy of UT3 is new, legit and up to date. i have a rig that is well above minimum specs, my drivers are up to date, i have latest PhysX, Service pack 2 for XP pro and have patched the game yet still i cant play. whenever i start the game from any shortcut or even directly from disk i get the splash screen then my comp restarts, i know it isn't a power problem. any pointers would be greatly appreciated
