Yeah that is. Most people need at least 20-30 for a game to be playable. Some people might even need it higher so the game doesn't look like it's stuttering.

What are your fps? Sounds like it's really low and that's why you're lagging. Hit 'Tab' or 'F10' and type in 'stat fps'. It'll show your fps in the top right corner.

A lot of laptops have problems playing UT3 as it's very demanding on your graphics and CPU.

HELP!!! PLZ!!!

well, i just downloaded the UT3 into my new laptop which is vista, and i just got today... i just downloaded UT3 and when i try to play my mouse lags and the backround lags really bad and i managed to turn off smoothing but it still lags alot im gona try playying a game and see how it does....ALSO my computer doesnt lag at all with the game up only the game lags for some reason im only taking up 46 % of my RAM and around 60% of my laptops computer usuage....

I just played a quick match when trying to make my person i couldnt even see him -.- .and the map didnt even load all the way and it was like playin then lagging and playing then lagging alot!
