Error when opening level

I'm getting an error everytime I open my level. I wasn't having any problems before. I even tried other levels I created and they wont even open without giving an error then closing the program. I've uninstalled Unreal and reinstalled it and i'm still get the same error. Has anyone had this problem before?

Try setting bInitializeShadersOnDemand=True under [Engine.ISVHacks] in your UTEngine.ini. I had have the same problem and by doing this I could get rid of this problem.
