Cant join servers

well, I have a problem with joining certain server, CTF with costum maps -when I try to join it closes the window and I get a "ut3.exe problem" notice, I use Windows vista and my pc got no problem runing the game.
I tried reinstalling, I've got the patch and my firewall is off...

someone got any ideas?

Okay I tryed several more times and it happens only when It tries to download a file (maps/mutators) before joining the server... anyone got any ideas?
