Microphone trouble with 360 version...

...And I think it's my fault. Ya see... I tried the old Mic glitch. Now that i realized it just gets everyone mad, i tried to fix it. Except... everytime I try to use it, everyone tells me there is something wrong with my mic, but when I talk to a friend through it, as in just chatting while the game is not running, it works fine.

I tried switching mics, didn't work. Is there a way to fix this?

I have had this in like some games where I was talking and people said like: what the is with your mic? and second later i start a private chat and it confirms It works just fine. Its interesting. Ive heared other people with cracky mics also during games, dunno if they got that problem also
