360 Controller - Aim with left stick?

My first long played FPS was Golden Eye... I use the left stick to aim. In UT3 it makes me use the right stick to aim... How can I change this?

Also:

I use the keyboard/mouse to play. However, I'd like to set up a lot of hotkeys to be able to use both at the same time.

oh nevermind I found the config for it. Looks rather confusing at first glance though I gotta admit.

try UT3 Tweaker V5 it has a section to config the buttons on the xbox controller for pc
