UE3 Crashes on Launch

Hello,

Been using it fine for a long time now. Yesterday it started crashing with a UT3.exe error and won't let me load UE. Yet, I can still play the game fine and load all my custom made maps.

Any solutions? If I reinstall UE--will I lose my custom made maps?
