Wierd bug with v1.2

Hey there, I want to make this quick:

Everytime I install patch 1.2 and try to customize my soldier/change the settings/play the game, its like someone is holding down the "Left Arrow" key.

What I've done so far:

Downloaded the patch again and from another source.
Re-Installed the game with new patches.
Picked up another copy at the shop I got it from.


I tried every other game I have installed and it works perfectly, it even works with UT3 (1.0; 1.1) but I can't get it to work with patch 1.2.

I have Vista Home Premium 32Bit and a Logitech G15 Refresh with the newest drivers.

Go into your settings, under the 'Input' tab you'll see an 'Enable Joystick' option that is checked. Uncheck it, spinning stops.
