Complete System Freeze

While i play in game.. at random times, my whole computer freezez. I then have to reset my pc. is this a comon problem? i have 8800gtx xfi xtreme gamer. latest drivers. plus the OpenAL fix.

install latest motherboard drivers, make sure your system isnt overclocked and try again.
