take it back to the store and exchange it for a new one and see if that works

though mayby some cable are only halfway in, check that first

That happened to me on the PC version (nothing was overheating, everything was running at 30C, nothing overclocked), it went away after I restarted. But I still get other artifacting (not hardware-related).
