UT3 - currently unpatched - not saving settings...

Hey there! I just got UT3 and was wondering how, on a computer that has no internet connection, you save your settings for sound, video, controls, etc. in UT3?

Also can the ini files be edited, and if so does anyone have a guide concerning them?

there's like 20 guides for ini tweaking out there, because someone at Epic thought that it was a good idea to have 20 ini files.

Also, you can't save your settings unless there's an internet connection- the game saves your settings to your account, and that's uploaded to the GameSpy servers online.
