Black box at top of screen (Not console)!?

Hey guys there's probably a simple solution to this but I haven't found one so I'm gonna ask here.

I have an annoying black box at the top of my screen when I'm in menus, it shows these bits of information

Active
Focused
Target
and mouse location (x,y)

It's really bugging me because it's covering some buttons at the top of the screen whilst I'm trying to change settings.

Doesn't really help, but seeing as you asked:

hmm tbh,you tweaked something in the ini.

All i can think of is goto mydocs/mygame/ut3/utgame/config and move UTGame.ini or UTInput.ini to another place and run the game.
Not seen that before so thats a new one to me

I'm having the same problem. I moved the ini files, and reran the game, but the box still shows up at the top.

check your shortcut to UT, does it have anything after the exe written? maybe something like dev or console ?
