Very annoying thing

And this thing is, when i want to play a duel with a friend over the net, i create a listen server normally, everything runs fine for 2-3 minutes. Then i get disconnected, my cabel modem reboots and i have to load my modem drivers again for the internet to work.

My specs:
- Pentium Dual Core e2160 @ 2.3 Ghz
- gf 7900gs 256MB
- ASRock ConRoe1333-D667 mobo
- 1GB Kingston 577 (or something) RAM
- Motorola SB5101 modem.

Any advice will be nice, thanks.

Not at all.
Source runs my listen server fine, so do older Unreal games.
The only game i ever saw doing things like that is UT3.
