some1 pls help me with UT III

when i start the game i get
UT3.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. then it says send or dont send error report.

how can i stop geting that or why is it doing that

it dont even start!!! it stays my desk top and comes up when i try to play it
