please can someone stop my frustration !!!!!!!

please please please ..................
I just bought Unreal Tournament 3 and tried to install the thing. The installation goes fine everytime, but when i try to start the game after about 5 seconds it tells me that all i get is a ut3.exe error the game has stopped working and it closes.....
just curious if anyone else out there has had this problem and if anyone knows how i might fix it?
