patch 1.2 slow?

has anyone been noticing, maybe its only me, but i think patch 1.2 makes ut3 gameplay slower, ive been playing a while and i ve noticed the drastic changes, idk, maybe it just me?

Indeed, the game is slower and laggier at some places.

Laggier/choppier is one thing. The OP suggested that the gameplay is slower. Which is simply not the case.

I am actually havin a problem: i installed patch 1.2 and now UT3 does not want to start. Please help, I feel like I am suffocating...
